Cookies are what websites use to remember information about their users, so that relevant content can be shown over time. Cookies make the overall user experience nicer, and even navigation gets easier with them on.

For Pilot to perform at its best, we highly recommend you to enable third-party cookies on your browser, and the following sections will show you how to do that.

In Google Chrome

If you're using Windows: go to the Chrome menu on your browser (the three vertical dots on the upper right) and select Settings.

If you're using Mac: the above also works, but also: from the top left of your screen, go to Chrome > Preferences.

  1. Click the Privacy and security section

  2. Click on Cookies and other site data

  3. Select the option Allow all cookies

Chrome on Android

  1. Go to the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner in Chrome and select Settings

  2. Tap Site Settings, then Cookies

  3. Turn Cookies on

In Safari

  1. Go to Safari > Preferences

  2. Click Privacy

  3. Deselect Block all cookies

Safari on IOS

  1. Open up your Settings and go to Safari

  2. Scroll down and look for the Privacy & Security section

  3. Ensure the option to Block all cookies is off

In Mozilla Firefox

  1. From the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox > Preferences

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel

  3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select the Custom radio button

  4. Make sure the Cookies option is deselected

In Microsoft Edge

  1. Go to the Microsoft Edge menu (the three dots on the top right corner)

  2. Choose Settings > Site permissions > Cookies and site data

  3. Turn on the option to Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)
