If you wish to remove the Slack Integration from your Pilot account, follow the simple steps outlined below.
Things to keep in mind before proceeding
The Slack integration can only be removed by the organization owner, or an organization admin.
Once the integration has been removed, Slack users will no longer be able to search your Pilot knowledge base directly from Slack. All previous Pilot app answers will remain visible.
Step 1: Access organization settings
Log in to your Pilot account at app.pilot.io.
In the top left corner of the Pilot interface, click on the wiki select menu dropdown.
In the dropdown menu, locate Organization Settings and select Manage [Your Organization Name].
Step 2: Access integrations
Inside Organization Settings, click on the "Integrations" tab at the top of the page.
Step 3: Disconnect Slack
Within the Integrations tab, you'll find the Slack Integration section.
Click on the "Disconnect Slack" option to remove the Pilot Slack App integration from your organization workspace.
By following these steps, you will successfully disconnect Pilot from your Slack workspace.
