If your organization uses Slack as a chat platform, you can easily integrate Pilot directly into your Slack team workspace to search your knowledge base.
Who can use this feature?
Only Admins can set up and manage your Pilot Slack integration. This admin must also be a Slack super admin. The email address in Slack as well as Pilot must match.

What to expect
All plans can connect their Pilot account to Slack.
Once you’ve connected to Slack, you (or any other Admins within your organization) can edit your connection settings or disconnect at any time.
Once installed, anyone in Slack who is part of your Pilot organization can search for and share knowledge base resources directly in Slack.
Pilot integration: Add to Slack
From app.pilot.io, click on the dropdown for your wiki in top left corner of the Pilot interface.
Under Organization Settings in the dropdown menu, click on the manage organization option.
Click the Integrations tab at the top of the Organization Settings page.
Click the Add to Slack button. This will redirect you momentarily to Slack’s website to provide authorization.
If you are not logged in to the proper workspace, follow Slack’s instructions to sign in.
If logged in to the desired workspace, you will be asked to give Pilot permission to access your Slack workspace. Click Allow. This will return you to Pilot.
